There's a problem with Google Wave.

There is currently an issue on Google Wave which could cause you to see issues with attachments. Specifically, you may see the following:

• Attachment uploads may appear not to finish. You'll see this by the green progress bar staying visible. If you refresh after this happens, the upload will not have completed.
• Previously uploaded attachments on some waves may show the "yellow warning triangle" on top of the image thumbnails and prevent you from downloading or viewing the attachment.

Any attachments that have previously been uploaded are safe and sound, but until we have this issue fixed you might have trouble uploading new ones or downloading existing ones.
